Wipe day to day smudges with a lens cloth (included with your sunglasses)
Use mild dish soap and lukewarm water (wet frames first) to clean your glasses. Be sure to give the nosepads and temple tips some extra attention to remove oils.
Dry with a lint-free microfiber cloth
Handle them gently so as not to alter the frame alignment
Use two hands to put them on and take them off. Using one hand, over time, can affect the alignment and fit of your sunglasses
Limit exposure to saltwater and chlorine
Always store them in a case when not in use
Don’t use paper products to clean your frames or wipe your lenses. They may feel soft but they are abrasive and will cause damage over time
Don’t use the hem of your shirt to wipe your lenses - oils from your skin as well as fibers from the shirt can scratch the lenses
Don’t use hand sanitizer to clean your sunglasses
Don’t use cleaners with ammonia
Don’t leave them in a hot or very cold car. Extreme temperature changes can damage your lenses
Don’t place them lens-down on any surface
Don’t leave them unprotected when not in use
Don’t use one hand to put your glasses on or take them off
Don’t wear them on top of your head - this can stretch the frame out of alignment and will require more frequent adjustments
